1. Shipping Times
All physical items (such as DMA hardware) are processed and shipped within an estimated 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.
- Most orders are shipped within 4 business days
- We aim to offer the fastest delivery possible
- No guarantees are made for arrival within 7 days, due to logistics and customs delays
2. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be provided to your email or customer dashboard.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, you may request a full refund or choose to wait until shipping is confirmed.
3. Import VAT, Customs, and Duties
International customers (including those in the EU/EEA) are responsible for all import taxes, VAT, and customs duties charged upon delivery.
RadiantCheats does not collect VAT at checkout, and these fees are handled by your local postal service or customs authority.
⚖️ However, if you’re charged VAT on delivery, we are happy to offer a discount code close to the VAT amount paid, redeemable on your next purchase.
This is handled on a case-by-case basis, and proof of VAT charge (such as a receipt or photo) is required.
4. Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Refused or unclaimed packages
- Delays caused by customs inspections or courier issues
