How does Ditto DMA Firmware work? and what is Ditto?
In short, ditto is a software level shape-shifting framework for PCIe device emulation but what does this actually mean?
From a PCIe device emulation perspective ditto provides APIs and building blocks for “correct” behaviour on emulating how “real” devices look and respond, not only beyond the restrictions of the Xilinx core, but beyond it’s capabilities.
A simple look at the capabilities include virtual configuration space, virtual MMIO, interrupt handling (legacy, MSI, MSI-X) and out of the box APIs to deal with device communication buffers (for NVMe, SATA, XHCI etc).
Am I charged every month?
As of now all payments are a one time payment, we are soon introducing the option to subscribe to the firmware as well.
Whats the process after I have purchased?
After you have purchased, we will assist you with setting everything up, or give you the instructions, if you are already familiar with Ditto.
You will instantly receive your license key after payment is complete.
